Before you write
Most problems are caused by a condition the code already states. Check the minimum spend, the excluded ranges and the expiry date printed under the code first. If the code works for other people but not for you, the usual reasons are a first-order-only code, an app-only code, or a sale item that the promotion excludes.
What to include in a report
- The store name and the exact code
- What happened — rejected, or applied but the wrong amount
- The date you tried it
- Any error message the checkout gave you
